Return & Replacement Policy

At Orbitrex Peptides, customer satisfaction is a top priority. While all products are intended for research use only and are subject to strict quality control, we understand that issues may arise. Our return and resolution policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and flexible within reason.

1. General Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept general returns for reasons unrelated to product condition (e.g., change of mind or improper storage post-delivery).

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To qualify for resolution:

  • Provide your order number

  • Attach clear photos of the product(s) in question

  • Email us at support@orbitrexpeptide.com

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement shipment (no additional cost)

  • A partial refund (in rare, approved cases)

  • A store credit for future use

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement by emailing us directly at support@orbitrexpeptide.com. Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

4. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may attempt reshipment (free of charge) or offer a partial refund minus shipping and handling fees at our discretion.

5. No Refunds for Misuse

We are not responsible for issues related to product misuse, improper storage, or misapplication of research materials. Our products are for research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
